01 · Cranes
Scale is decided at the crane. We run Scorpio telescopic cranes in 17, 23, 30+7, 35, 38 and 45 ft, Scorpio remote heads, the MovieTech Kirin for reaches of up to 12 metres, and compact jibs when the set will not take anything bigger. Every crane ships with a crane grip and the rigging it needs.
02 · Dollies and track
A dolly move works when nobody notices it. We keep an owned fleet of hydraulic and column dollies from the five standard manufacturers, with straight and curved track, boards, seats and full levelling kit. A dolly grip comes with the package whenever production needs one.
03 · Camera car
Chase sequences, road tracking shots and the impossible angle from a moving vehicle are a speciality, not an add-on. We mount the MotoCrane Ultra remote arm on three different vehicles depending on terrain and payload, and complete the package with low loader trailers, low dollies and custom-built side rigs.
04 · Camera boat
Shooting on water demands two things at once: a stable image and a crew the harbour authority will clear. We own a vessel rigged to carry a crane and work with nautically licensed grips, which avoids having to coordinate an outside boat crew.
05 · Cable cam
Some shots are not about arm length, they are about distance. A cable cam covers ground no crane can reach and travels over what cannot be touched: an audience, water, traffic, a built set. What decides whether the shot is possible is the anchor points and the safety plan, not the machine, which is why our own IRATA-certified crew does the rigging and the location gets surveyed before the shot is committed to.
06 · Remote heads and stabilizers
The head is what decides whether a move can be repeated take after take. We work with Scorpio remote heads for crane and camera car, and with gyro-stabilized systems when the camera has to come off the arm and follow the action on foot or from a vehicle.
07 · Grip pack
The grip package is what keeps a shoot from stopping. It leaves our Bilbao warehouse checked item by item, with a detailed delivery note and spares of the consumables that always run out halfway through the day.
08 · Grip crew
The crew is not an accessory to the kit: it is what makes the kit work. Our grips hold IRATA rope-access certification and PER nautical licences, which lets us take on height rigging and water work without subcontracting and without surprises in the safety plan.
