DEFY Dactylcam Pro cable cam

A cable-suspended camera with a stabilized head, for long runs and shots that travel over what cannot be touched.

The Dactylcam Pro solves the long travelling shot: it goes where a crane will not fit and passes over an audience, water or traffic without touching the ground. The camera hangs from a stabilized head, so the movement of the carriage does not reach the image. What has to be solved first is the rigging: anchor points, tension and safety plan. Our own IRATA-certified crew builds it, and the location gets surveyed before the shot is committed to the schedule.
